We are NOT a 1% club and we do not associate with 1% clubs. We do not interfere with the business of any other MC, nor do we lay claim to any territory – our members wear bottom rockers to simply indicate which chapter they belong to. We respect your rights and expect the same in return.
Lets dissect this mission statement shall we. They claim to operate as a regular motorcycle club but wear a 3 piece patch. The national president John B—-, Scott J—- who brought the Punishers to Ohio and resigned from the club the day after he audited the books and passed them, Pete W—— (who did the investigation), Bill M—- for allegedly paying the charity to cover the fraud and the bank for the bounced check Skeen allegedly tried to pay with and stopping a felony passing bad check charge and allegedly forging the treasurer’s or vp’s name on the check and depositing money in the club account to make it look like nothing was wrong.approximately 90 days after the money came up missing.

Plaintiff was Midland Funding Llc 8875 Aero Dr Ste 200 San Diego CA 92123
Defendant was William Shane Skeen of Lancaster OH
The judgement amount and court cost totaled $1299.96
The judgement was paid off on 7/29/2014 receipt # 24088 shortly after the money came up missing from the fundraiser.
I for one can’t help but wonder did Shane pay this out of his own money or was it paid for with the missing money from the fundraiser.
If this was me or any of you we would have had charges against us.
Since it was William Shane Skeen nothing but a mush fake internal investigation done buy members of the Law Enforcement Mc club the Punishers who I believe fell under great influence if not orders from William Shane Skeen’s good friend John B—- who was at the time the national president but has since been promoted to international president of the Punishers.
So if William Shane Skeen did steel the money and deposited it in the Vinton County National Bank and didn’t pay income tax on it would that also be tax evasion if the IRS looked into it?

Just so you can see the corruption and how deep it runs at the time the money came up missing William Shane Skeen was the president of the Sherman chapter located 401 S Broad St, Lancaster, OH 43130. He has since been promoted to enforcer at the national level. John Boyan who was the national president at the time but has since been promoted to international president

To all members of (motorcycle club) The Punishers, Sherman district. There has been a lot of drama and tension since I bought a motorcycle Memorial Day weekend 2016. When I expressed interest to your president William Shane Skeen, to see what your club was about and if it was worthy of my time to become a member. He was all for it at Roosters that night. About a week or 2 later Chip Mcgrady (master Sgt at arms) told me that Skeen said no, and if I were In, he was out. Yes, I was pissed off for a few minutes then told chip “it’s cool, it’s Shane’s gig, I don’t want in. I know what it’s about and he’s alright so I don’t want in.
Thinking every thing was alright, I went on a non club ride to papa boos with a bunch of you and every thing was fine until Shane saw a pic at papa boos and called and started raising hell. Not knowing any of this was going on, when we all were going back I told every body I was going to peal off and go to pine lake for the queen of hearts. Finding out later that Shane was there waiting and acting like an adolescent threatening to beat my ass. He had Chip Mcgrady who was extremely drunk (should not have driven in from pine lake)meet him at the club house. Shane had Chip strip Jeff Massey and Joe Black of their Sgt at arms patches because they work with me at the prison. Realizing this was creating problems with people I work with, I tried to defuse the situation by talking to ether Shane or his wife who I have known since school Lora keesee Skeen. I saw her at fat cats (one bike night) she was in the parking lot and I was on the Patio behind the fence. I asked if I could talk to her for a second, she walked across the parking lot and I said I would have went to my grave without telling anyone about our history so this needs to stop. I don’t want to join the club but I do have a bike and I will be around so this needs to stop, she said she had no problem with me being in the club. That was the encounter, though Shane’s words is that I cornered her! Well there were several of you punishers around, so if I cornered her I believe at least one of you would have noticed and said some thing. Joe black was recently kicked out of your club and all this is solely because 25 to 30 years ago Lora keesee Skeen and I used to be fuck buddies and the last time we fucked I called her Tammy, while I was up in her. I felt bad and I’ve apologized. But this has grown out of control and it needs to stop.
I can’t believe that all of you in law enforcement blindly follow someone like William Shane Skeen, who is such a lier! If you have been lied to at the sheriffs department, they all say you’ve been skeened.
I still think there is good in your club, but a club is a direct reflection of its leader and your leader has no character, integrity, or most of all no loyalty.
I have tried to talk to John Boyon sent him 6 text msg since February 17 at 11:35 am and called less then 10 times since then he answered once and said they wasn’t him. The last text I sent him was about the missing money and this is the cowardice response within 15 min
Hey dude…don’t know who you are and I dont really care, however if you continue to harass me with these bullshit messages I will call your job and see if they can explain to me why you are sending me harassing phone messages. If they cant explain, I will call the local police and file an aggravated harassment report against you for the continuous harassing calls and text messages and have the officer follow up with your job and see what can be resolved. I know jail guards are not held to the same standards as police officers but I am willing to see what can be done on your end if you persist with these messages that have nothing to do with me. I understand you are disgruntled because you were not accepted as a member of the PLEMC, but grow up and get over it and desist with the harassment. A list of your calls and copies of the texts have been forwarded to my attorney as well for possible civil action against you.

Or maybe. Just maybe they are exercising their God given right under the constitution of this United States to do, be and wear whatever they want. The 1% clubs have their absolute place in history but I think they forgot how they came to be. Military men who fought to keep the freedoms we hold so dear. Who came home from these wars of oppression to join together to ride with their brothers. Why have you lost that. Why are you trying to oppress people’s rights after so many 1%ers fought so hard to protect the rights you criticise. Makes no sense, just saying.

Not all in the club but there is a small minority that are in leadership positions that think they are in 1%er clubs and the rest of you blindly follow them and that makes the entire club look bad, the club really needs to take the trash out and clean it up before the club ends up in a hole to deep to get out of
