Yes by now everyone has heard that the fake cop club Iron Order started problems at the Colorado Bike Expo held on 1-30-16. There was a fight between these wannabees and the Mongols M/C. The Mongols M/C is a class act brotherhood of bikers who were at the expo to enjoy Biking and Brotherhood.
According to news reports one person is dead and several others injured. This is what happens when you have cops trying to play Outlaw Biker on the weekends with a 3 piece patch. Cops don’t get it. Stop trying to be someone your not. You can’t sit there Monday thru Friday wanting to bust us then on the weekends be us. Badge or no Badge you wear them 3 piece patches your going to get the hell knocked out of you by the real deal clubs. Whats even worse is the City Councils and Officials in their own police departments dont know their own cops are playing Outlaw Bikers.
Many have said that after the incident was cleared out that members of the Iron Order were seen talking with Police. Yea the Blue Code in full action. Riddle me this? Why is it every time the Iron Order is present at some event, something like this breaks out? I’ll tell you why. It’s not only other independents who are tired of these cops, but real MCs are fed up with this who social experiment with cops wearing colors.
Where is the Cities and Police Chiefs for that matter investigating these kind of cops? Does the public not have a right to know cops are out there trying to play both side of the fence? Here you have our taxpaying money going to departments that support or are just too stupid to know they have bad cops on the force. Where is the FBI in investigating this kind of corruption? No they wouldn’t dare go after some of their own. Would They?
We do have a light at the end of the tunnel with our great military. Military commanders however, continue to see the Iron Order less ambiguously than policemen do. For example a document recently distributed to service members at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton threatened sailors and Marines who join the Iron Order with “administrative or disciplinary actions, including administrative separation or appropriate punitive action.” The document was issued under the authority of DOD Instruction 1325.06, titled “Handling Dissident and Protest Activities Among Members of the Armed Forces.” (Source The Aging Rebel)

Nice, unfortunately the Iron Order is NOT a cop club, they take a number of different folks, lawyers, Dr’s, military and cops. The problem is that these people do not understand nor want to live under the biker society rules which has been their problem. Most so called cop clubs do follow the biker society rules and wear single patches but there are corporate cops as well just as there are 1% ers that are bad. I enjoy riding and having fun with my friends that may be hard core Bikers, but I respect the society rules.

Been going to this event since 2006 and have never seen trouble until this year.
The clubs’ tables are kept separate by mass amounts of floor space and vendors, but the members do tend to mingle in a friendly manner when they go about to check out the show and the bikes.
The Mongols are definitely the least inviting club in the house, which is the way it goes. The Hells Angels, on the other hand, are pretty open. The Sons of Silence, being local, are pretty friendly too. That doesn’t mean I’m slapping them on the back and saying hello or even buying anything of of their respective tables, but there is a level of comfort with the latter two when checking out some of the vendors around them.
It’s kind of amazing that all these groups are in the same building within striking distance of one another and, until this year, nothing happens.
I don’t play ‘biker’ in life or when I’m there. I’m usually wearing my soccer beanie, jeans and some kind of non-black shirt or sweater. I appreciate the artwork that is the bikes and the many vendors selling their wares and don’t want a second glance from the clubs when I’m walking around the complex.
That said, for the people who want to play biker, realize a lot of these guys are not playing and you’ll lose that game the vast majority of the time if you cross the line. The cop club came to play biker and pulled out the law when they realized they were overwhelmingly over matched.

I’ve been going to this event for 6 years now and there has always been the “clubs” walking around, posturing, beating their chests and marking their territory. It was only a matter of time before some “Sons of Anarchy” fan took it to the next level.
My question would be, if the Iron Order is a viable club, why didn’t those ” cops” join the Blue Knights International, MC? Here’s the deal. Blue Knights requires that you are an active law enforcement officer with powers of arrest. So what we have with the Iron Order are mall cops and prison guards and those that didn’t cut it at the academy. Those that without situation training, get into confrontation with a real MC, and dumb enough to pull a Barney.

IO is a problem for us cops that do follow protocol and know where the line stops. I am a retired 40 year cop. I have been riding longer than some 1% ers have been alive. I agree with some of points made by 1% clubs regarding some cops. You can’t enforce the law and then try to be someone else on week ends. You can however enjoy the freedom of riding and respecting others. Just know your role and be who you are.

I spent quite a bit of my free time this evening reading all this drivel. I can’t believe there are so many friggin’ idiots out there these days. Earned my patch almost forty years ago. Retired recently. Never actually thought I would ever hang my rags up. But, it just ain’t the same. Clubs ain’t nothing like what they were, or what they should be. I spent the last twenty or so years trying to figure out what was going wrong with our life-style, and how to go about fixing it. MC’s are supposed to be about riding motorcycles and picking up pussy. It’s about FREEDOM and FUN. Blowing off the rest of the world and living free from the rules and laws of society. But somebody screwed that up. Somebody with a “corporate brain” got control of some club somewhere. Started using their brothers to make money. Another MC saw it working for that club and followed suit. Then more and more clubs got hooked in the greed of money and power. They forgot FUN. It all became a fight for POWER. These days, nobody is old enough to remember how it is supposed to be. So, all these young punks jump in on the SOA-themed ride. Stupid. Just plain stupid. MC’s are killing themselves. And they are too stupid to see it. Law enforcement is going to put you out of business because you are all too stupid to realize who your biggest enemy really is… YOURSELVES. The only hope you have is, all MC’s have to get rid of the people in power of your organizations, arrange a real coalition of ALL MC’s to cooperate with each other in PEACE, and learn to work together like we did back in the 60’s and 70’s. As a former 3 piece VP, and someone who met the IO after they moved into the area, I have to say I’m disappointed how all the MCs function in my area. They preach brotherhood, yet want power. IO’s ideology is that other clubs didn’t ask permission back in the day to exist so why should they ask now? A few of them are good guys, but not a club I would ever join. As for the other 3 piece clubs in my area….not all are 1%. The problem with the 1% clubs is that they are the ones tending to act like they are on SOA now. Many, especially the DDMC, go around thinking the run everything. They start fights with no reason. The hurt innocent people. However, there are a few “old school” clubs that know that respect is earned and not just taken. I will never patch into another club. Be Independent, ride with you brothers and sisters, and live free. You don’t need a patch to do that.

I was in Jacksonville for the week when myself and my woman witnessed the cowardly acts of 3 clubs. We could not have imagined what was about to unfold in front of us. One of the Iron Legacy had a problem with one of the Iron Order and immediately got on his cell phone. Soon after the Black Pistons showed up, coincedence maybe just thank goodness they did not enter the restaraunt (yes this was a family place atmosphere) what were these groups doing there still baffles me. After a comotion in the parking lot 4 gun shots were fired. I seen 5 Iron Order diving under tables while 1 of the women with them was still standing and screaming that two of thier prospects were under attack. After the shooting we witnessed Black Pistons running while one of thiers laid dieing, only 1 of 7 came back and sadly it was said just to retrieve the dieing members vest and supposedly his weapon. 1 of the Iron Order threw his vest at a woman and said I quit. None of that was 1 percent or 99 percent. It was 100 Percent BULLSHIT. So sit down and shut the fuck up. And one last note Marines are the biggest Club worldwide. SEMPERFI
