The source article got many things about Outlaw Motorcycle Clubs right. Let’s dive a little deeper into the matter. Outlaw Motorcycle Clubs were branded by Law Enforcement as “Outlaw Clubs or OMG’s”. It wasn’t the clubs themselves that put this brand on their club but Law Enforcement. Why did they brand the clubs as OMGs? It’s simple . Clubs and the people inside them didn’t sit there and kiss the cops asses. They stood up to what society said the way people should act. Lets face it. After Vietnam the country turned on the returning vets. They would spit on them returning from Nam. Your dam right these brothers would turn their back on society. They had every right too. Here are veterans returning from war (Most Drafted) the hippies and self loathing liberals treated them like dog shit. So yes they bonded together into clubs to find the brotherhood they had overseas.
Some of the clubs that are branded OMG have been around since WW2 and before. Some of the biggest ones have had hundreds if not thousands wear the club patch. Yes there is going to be some that live in the criminal underground. Does this mean the whole club is a criminal organization as local and federal cops say? The government of the United States has had Senators,Congressman and even a President commit illegal acts. Does that make the United States Senate a criminal conspiracy?
Why has Outlaw Clubs came into the public eye? Well Kurt Sutter and the Sons of Anarchy. Since that show first came out, you can bet that those who never rode before ran out and got a bike. After they got a bike they ran out with their friends and bought some patches. They started themselves a club and started going out raising hell like they seen on tv. Problem with that is the club scene was never anywhere near what that dam show tried to project. It was a Hollywood show you dam morons. To think that club life is like that you have to be some kind of fool.
So what about all the fighting and gun battles between clubs? Well in the last 10 years or so their has only been 2 major tussles. Those were directly related to a Pig club Iron Order M/C. This is a club that was started by an ex secret service agent. The club is full of cops. Yea it has veterans in it and regular mojos but the point is the clubs is full of cops. This club has gone around starting shit because these cops think they can do what they want because they are cops. If you ever truly noticed every newspaper article on the Denver Shooting these punk Iron Order were right there talking to their police buddies after the incident. No Handcuffs or ties. This is the problem the lifestyle is now facing. Cop Clubs and not Outlaw Clubs. Outlaw Clubs always kept a low profile, they never went out looking for shit to get into. These cop clubs on the other hand are always in the middle.
Who is really the threat? I have to say if your a cop and running around playing Outlaw Biker you are. You as a cop are suppose to know your place in society. Shit just recently alot of Police Departments are banning officers from clubs because even they know this crap isn’t right. You can’t go around branding other clubs as Outlaw Clubs when you are in fact perpetrating that image with your cop club. I often wonder when a RICO case will hit the Iron Order or Punishers M/C. It is after all that if a member is doing something against the law, then the whole club should be held accountable. Isn’t that what the Feds try pushing on some of the bigger clubs now?
I wonder where ATF is in Kentucky? Now if this picture above was on any one else patch you can bet your ass a RICO investigation would be going on. The rise of Cop Clubs should give every biker and citizen a pause. Since when was it alright for government officials or local PD to play both sides of the fence? In the old days a person knew where they stood. Reports come in all the time about these cop clubs started fights and injuring people in bars and rallies. Is anything ever done to them? No. The recent Denver altercation was a drunk corrections officer who fired his gun in a stadium full of people. Where is the outrage? Where is the investigation at? 
As of today’s date no charges have been filed against this person. Not one Mongol pictured above had any weapons out. The cops attorney was claiming self defense? These cops around the country are wondering why the citizens are starting to turn on them. It’s not only in the biker world stuff like this is happening. How many people have been killed because of these cops and the god like mindset they carry around. Now cops are allowed to be Judge and Jury. Your rights have been thrown out the door.
The biggest reason why the government goes after clubs is because of money. Each and every time someone gets arrested it is a free ticket for the cops to confiscate their property. We have seen it not only on a personal level but the club as a whole. Clubhouses, vests, bikes sold at auctions. Think about it. How many millions do they make in these kinds of operations? They have under covers go into a club and most of the time actually instigate the criminal behavior. Their under covers are the ones who start the criminal activity and the clubs are dragged into it. It really don’t take a genius to figure out what the government is up too.
It’s time we as bikers take a stand and say we no longer accept this kind of behavior from police officials. Bikers Lives Matter dammit. Time to tell these cops that hard working men and even some cases women have the right under the constitution to associate with whomever they choose. It isn’t illegal or make you a criminal to belong to a club. It’s not illegal to enjoy and be apart of a brotherhood. A biker should not have to worry about attending an event because some cop club is going to go wild west where thousands of people are at. Is the Iron Order a Law Enforcement Motorcycle club?
NO, however we do have officers of the law spread throughout our club. We do not run as an LEMC. We run like an MC from the 50’s and early 60’s when motorcycle clubs were clubs. BTW, since when are law enforcement the bad guys? Only criminals believe law enforcement to be the bad guys so if you want to socialize with criminals or if you are a criminal don’t come around us. That’s pretty simple.
So why do you and everyone else keep throwing them into the mix of LEMC’s? I take great exception to bashing the LEMC’s. I am a member of one and we have no problems with any other club or person. We conduct ourselves as one should, give respect get respect. We don’t go looking for trouble but we do go out looking to enjoy the ride as a family with a common bond.
I have seen and heard about Outlaw clubs threatening and even beating down those who are not affiliated with any club if they refuse to remove their cut, why? I have been told about IO trying to intimidate a LEMC member’s ol lady.
Iron Order is not a Law Enforcement Club, just because they might have members who are LEOs doesn’t make them a Law Enforcement Club.
I saw that you mentioned the Punishers in your article, everything I know about this club is that they care about Brotherhood, Family, and doing for those in their communities whenever possible.
If you are going to write about clubs, you might want to do some research before naming them and trying to bash them without knowing all of the facts about those clubs.

As usual the facts are WRONG again. It’s so simple yet EVERYBODY gets it wrong. The IO has NEVER proclaimed to be a 1% MC. We have cops, ex 1%’s in the clubs as well as truck drivers, bankers, assembly line workers and such. A LARGE majority of the club has served our country “myself included”. We have no intrest or commonality with any other club at all. Yet you want me to ask permission if I can do something? I’ve fought for my country and don’t have to ask you shit, I’ve earned my right.

I had some blue knights role up fast on my butt one day. Two were on their work bikes with guns hanging out, one in uniform pants the others in their cuts. I slowed down seeing the police bike. They ran up my ass and surrounded me then bolted off. Sad try of scaring dumb asses. Just because I was riding alone in color they thought they could act bad. Fail ! The Iron Horseman. Like I’ve said, I’ve read your laws and regulations. There’s no way you can act like a cop club and follow your guidelines and act on the street like a 1% club. Pick a side and stay on it. Once you lay hands on mine or anyone else’s colors, the rules of engagement change. You are no longer a cop club but just another motherfucker that needs boot checked. Im nor sure where you’re from, state or chapter, bug here, in southeastern Ky, your club runs afoul of a LEMC. Might wanna get a grip on that before we do.

Yo, DCF, where you get your numbers.. there are over 400k bikes just in Texas, better read up a bit. I’m full patch member of a vet club, nary a cop to be found, period, thus we are COC sanctioned. As to why on the No cops part, we don’t need the drama and attitude that comes with it. IO is nothing but an egotistical bunch of cops ( military mp types ), and none learned respect. Waco and now Denver shows it clearly.

The bylaws of the Coalition of Club C.O.C. says no cops. The coalition of clubs consists of about 10% , 1%ers, 25% support clubs 30% or more Christian clubs and 30% or more military clubs all of which which do not have cops. Thus the fly in the ointment. There are a lot of non supported (Independent) clubs out there.

I understand the suspicion and disdain, for the police who engage in off-duty biker activities, but to state that this makes them the instigators of biker clashes and gang vs gang violence and bloodshed is a wilful disregard for, or ignorance of, real events. What? “The cops” caused, staged, arranged, the murders of five members of one Montreal chapter, by another chapter of the Angels, in that city?
Nor was it cops (please, provide backing evidence to the contrary!) who orchestrated the years of biker wars, mayhem, and killings, in Scandinavia and Europe, more recently.
I am all for the rights of those who like to ride, and I believe they have the right, to ride free. This in no way excuses or condones past bad behaviour, and the attempt to lay those events on police instigation is specious, at best.

I am part of the IO in a major US Midwestern city and I can tell you for a fact that we do NOT cower whenever we see a 1% club. We never have and never will, we have no reason to. I’m sorry you don’t like how we conduct ourselves when we are out and about. I can tell you we have a good relationship with the 1% clubs here. They eye fuck us from across the bar but that’s about it. We respect each other and live in harmony. It is possible and happens more often than not. I’m in an LE Club… and I say Fuck IO. They give us a bad name. Both bikers and LEOs. I’m not going to pretend to be an outlaw, no offense but I don’t want to be one. My club doesn’t pretend to be SOA or HA or anything else. We are cops who like motorcycles. We are looking for a brotherhood outside of work just like a lot of the OL clubs. We don’t have to interact with Outlaw clubs unless the Outlaw club makes us. That being said, we aren’t going to let anyone tell us what we can or can’t wear or call ourselves. No disrespect, it’s just not up to you.
I will say this though… the C.O.C. seems to be contradictory to the out law mindset. Someone who doesn’t submit to secular laws has to have alternative laws to live by… these laws have to be enforced by not only their chapter, but a group of otherwise unassociated bikers? I don’t get it. I’ll also say this, the idea that an OMG member won’t snitch is a bunch of shit too. I’m sure there are some, but many will.

I have never heard of any true LEMC going anywhere and starting trouble from what I have personally seen at many events LEMCs are well accepted because they don’t start anything. Even attending Outlaw clubs will treat them respectfully with or without introductions because no one is at any event to cause problems.

The Outlaw clubs don’t own the “motorcycle club” term if you are a group who owns classic cars and get together for a common bond you are part of a car club, so why is it that you and your friends who ride motorcycles can’t wear a patch that says motorcycle club? If this is supposed to be a free lifestyle, freedom to come together with common interests of motorcycling, backgrounds, etc…then why does anyone have to ask permission to be? True LEMCs come together to honor those with similar mindsets without trying to be something their not. I’m in a Chicago LEMC and we wear the rocker. We don’t hide who we are, don’t act like a gang, and mind our own business. We love motorcycles and riding and show respect to everyone we know, even the outlaws and HA, in fact I actually like some of those guys. What they do is their own business, but I just cant be part of it.

I’m not a member of an mc but have ridden is lots of charity runs and been to ralleys. Have never seen any club cause any trouble. They are a brotherhood and have earned there 3 pc patch. It’s not for me at this stage of my life to be a prospect. I just wanna ride. I have seen that almost always when there is violence its caused by a club that isn’t really an mc but wants to be. Cops are just not allowed in a sanctioned mc plain and simple. Iron order and punishers should be a riding association not a club.

All interesting. But most people don’t know they way a true 1%er, his brothers, and family live life. Lots of people that hear and read all the stories think Oh My God these people are horrible. But in reality they are the kindest, truest, most loyal people out in the world. Just most see their cut and the patches on it and that 1% Diamond in the front and turn away scared thinking they’re going to get hurt or what not and that is absolutely ok to do. It takes a completely different mindset, mentality, strength to live the life of a true 1%er, or be associated with one wether it be his Ol lady, child, mother, father, sister, brother, etc. The life is not an easy fun life like you see on tv show like sons of anarchy. This is real life this is our day in and day out every waking moment. It’s not all sunshine and laughs, you can go days without hearing from them when they go out of town to a swap meet, party, funeral, to support a fallen brother that gave his life selflessly to save an innocent bystander that has got nothing to do with the lifestyle, but was in the wrong place at the wrong time, but was saved by this man this dirty biker, evil, nasty, criminal, 1% biker in a motorcycle gang( it’s not a gang it’s a club by the way). But you don’t hear about that when it happens no you don’t because it stays with who it needs to stay with his family, his club family, and those who truly know him and love him for the person he is even being a ” dirty evil biker”. These men have families, children, a wife at home waiting to hear from him, or hear that thunder of his motorcycle from down the street and can FINALLY rest and be at peace that their loved one has made it home safe and sound whole. But no not all do get that peace, they get the heartache and sadness of their husbands brothers all coming to her front door to tell her that her best friend, the man she’s has loved for years, the father of her children, their entire world, well he won’t be coming home ever again. No seeing him one last time, hearing his laugh, seeing his smile, realizing all the disgusting farts, burps, and every annoying thing he did well it won’t happen again. Why is all anyone can ask, why him, why that day, why did he deserve to loose his life. The only answer that any of his brothers can give is that someone wasn’t man enough to fight his fight like a man that some low life thinking he is tough started a fight that he couldn’t handle and was a coward and pulled a gun, knife, whatever weapon of choice. Now a man doing what he loved being a 1% biker is gone because some wanna be with out that 1% Diamond on his cut is jealous, a coward, trying to show whoever he is big and tough, or that is their mission to fight a 1%er and feel threatened,and pull a weapon and kill that 1%er. This coward pulls his weapon because that is what he is told to do by his President and Vice President, because ” it is a free ticket to fight and then kill a 1%er, because they CANNOT and WILL NOT call the cops” NO MATTER WHAT!!! Why? Because she stuck it out and stayed strong not only for herself but her children, holding her family together alone but yet married, and most of all she stayed strong for her man and stood behind him and pushed him through and he isthe one that just made it through hell and back for something he loves, cares about, means something genuine and respected to be one of the true brotherhoods, he is a1% patch holder. No matter what circle is on the cut, all 1% patch wearers know what an honor it is to earn that patch and the respect that comes with it. But after putting his heart and sole into earning something so rare and means so much to him it’s taken away from him by someone that can’t do what he did and thinks that he is and should be his equal. No one out there is truely like a 1% patch holder, there may be similarities and yes brotherhoods, but no motorcycle club out there will ever have what a 1% MC has, there is just nothing that compares to it no matter how many similarities there are. So go on with all you cops wanting to play biker outlaw on the weekends go ahead and play your play will end sometime, someway, somehow be r just know no matter how much you try you will never be respected by any MC that is worth anything and has any moral compass. Yes not all of you IO or other cops playing are bad, but you are still wrong you’re playing a dangerous game that you know nothing about so the smart ones do what you know you should do stop playing this game. Wgat is going to happen will always happen if someone wants its bad enough. But if you want to be part of something respected and be in a MC go Ve in one that will take you but stop trying to demand something that you will never get where your at now doing what you’re doing. Im not a member of an mc but I’ve never been disrespected by any and I’ve been around them at different occasions whether it’s a charity ride or open party. I’ve given respect because they earned the patch. You say you earn your patch I’d like to know how. Is it because you put on a uniform and earn that $20 you put in the mail to get it? I know one thing if I’m someplace and iron order shows up I leave because you’re hated in the motorcycle world and trouble is evident if your there.
