Some of Santa’s helpful elves are coming in this year riding Harley-Davidsons, Indian Motorcycles and maybe a Kawasaki or two.
Members of the Elizabethtown Drifters Motorcycle Club are determined to give area children the best Christmas possible as the club sponsors its annual toy drive.
The drive began a few weeks ago; however, Club Vice President Ryan Monk said the toy drive is a little sluggish this year.
“It’s slow at the moment. We need some more donations,” Monk said. “In my opinion, the government shutdown had a lot to do with it.”
