An outlaw bikie standover man has been jailed after using a fake human tongue to intimidate a restaurant owner in a dispute over debt.

Black Uhlans enforcer Christopher ‘Spider’ Soutar, 37, told an associate to show the part-owner of Melbourne restaurant chain Bobo Diner Liam McDonnell ‘what we do to c***s who mess us around’, a court has heard.

The associate then presented a zip-lock bag seemingly containing blood and flesh which Soutar pretended was a tongue.
