San Jacinto College has canceled Thursday afternoon’s in-person activities at its central campus in Pasadena, citing safety concerns related to a nearby memorial service.

Representatives at the Grand View Funeral Home, across from San Jacinto College on Spencer Highway, declined to answer questions. An online obituary confirmed that that the funeral home is hosting a visitation at 5 p.m. Thursday for Ramiro Sosa Jr., who was identified as a Bandidos Motorcycle Club member.
