Two of three men arguing in court they were victims of police entrapment have now abandoned that application; the third will get a decision from the judge next week.

Vince Leonard, Wayne Johnson and James Curran were found guilty in May of drug trafficking and possessing money obtained by crime, and Leonard and Johnson were also found guilty of organized crime offences.
