The Guardian Riders are a local motorcycle group, with “Nitro” being their president.
“Our colors are uniform. It’s essentially the same thing as they wear, UPS wears a uniform, McDonald’s wears a uniform, this ours,” said Nitro.
Beginning August 1, 2023, the Guardian Riders and any other motorcycle groups, won’t be able to wear their colors, and a handful of other items at some Bristol businesses.
Quaker Steak and Lube on State Street, as well as O’Mainnin’s Pub, are enforcing a ban on certain motorcycle clothing items.
Those items include:
- Cuts=Vest
- Club Colors
- Patches
- Soft Colors=T-Shirt Version of Vest
Quaker Steak Lube and O’Mainnin’s Pub both issued statements on Facebook. You can view both below.
