A Western Australian bikie known for his distinctive facial tattoos has been fined after tattooing a Nazi swastika on his chin.

Dayne Brajkovich has admitted inking the offensive symbol, but has since modified the tattoo so it is no longer a banned symbol under WA law.
Appearing in the Perth Magistrates Court on Monday, his lawyer Patrick Gardner said he had the “very small” tattoo inked prior to the symbol being outlawed.
His lawyer argued the tattoo did not signify affiliation with any group
