Head over to Insane Throttles Youtube Channel where we just released a new Biker Angle on this subject

Yesterday we did an article on what is happening up in Lomira, Wisconsin, with the local authorities intentionally posting a message to their Facebook Page about the Outlaws M/C being a danger to the local community. Mind you; there has been no evidence or charges to support such a claim. Again, if you haven’t seen the post here, it is.
“The outlaw motorcycle gang has established a clubhouse in the Village of Lomira at 606 West Main Street. We encourage the community to please assist us by notifying law enforcement of any violations or criminal activity that they observe. Please, help us help you in keeping the village of Lomira safe.“
The outrage from that post has started to trend online. The Lomira police department hears it not only on their Facebook Page but also receiving tons of calls of disgust with their actions. I urge all our readers to go over to their page and voice your disapproval. The outrage has been so much the Lamira police department then shared a post from the Dodge County Sheriff Department. One that is even worse than the one they posted.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
February 23, 2018
Sheriff Dale J Schmidt
Last Friday, February 16, 2018, Dodge County Sheriff Dale Schmidt authorized criminal interdiction efforts to take place in collaboration with the Lomira Police Department, both in Lomira and on Interstate 41. This interdiction effort was two-fold in purpose. First, the sheriff’s office regularly conducts high visibility criminal interdiction in areas throughout the county in an effort to curb criminal activity such as illicit drug and weapons violations and other criminal activity.
We also focused on the Lomira area as the Outlaws motorcycle gang has opened a clubhouse in the Village of Lomira. This is very concerning to law enforcement as, throughout the state and the country, the Outlaws have been known to bring with them the criminal activity that includes drug use, weapons, and violent behavior. While we are certainly not implying that the individuals in this particular clubhouse are part of that activity, we would be remiss if we did not give proper attention to ensure the safety of our citizens. Our efforts are meant to be high visibility in an attempt to deter criminal activity before it becomes a reality. Last Friday night the Sheriff and deputies conducted this enforcement effort from 9 pm until 3 am. The enforcement had 23 traffic stops and included a variety of results including drug arrests and numerous traffic violations. We were also able to make a heavy presence known around the new Outlaw clubhouse to ensure none of the problems that have followed this gang in other areas are allowed to present themselves in Lomira. To be clear, the violations observed were not all from people attending the Outlaw clubhouse.
This evening, on Friday, February 23, 2018, the sheriff is authorizing the same type of high visibility criminal interdiction in the Lomira area and it will continue as needed to ensure the safety of our citizens. Sheriff Dale Schmidt states, “It is my sincere hope that the Outlaws are here only to have a good time in a legal way. If that is not the case, we will be watching and will be prepared to respond accordingly. If they respect the law, they will have no problems with our law enforcement officers in the area.”
Questions may be directed to Sheriff Dale J Schmidt.
Here are my questions to Sheriff Dale J Schmidt
1. In your press release, you stated that “The enforcement had 23 traffic stops and included a variety of results including drug arrests and numerous traffic violations” you later went on to state ” To be clear, the violations observed were not all from people attending the Outlaw clubhouse.”
My question is Since it’s clear in your statement that you wanted the public to believe some of those stopped and arrested were members of the Outlaws M/C. How many were genuinely members of the Outlaws Motorcycle Club that were arrested on drug or alcohol charges?
2. In your press release, you stated ” the Outlaws have been known to bring with them the criminal activity that includes drug use, weapons and violent behavior. While we are certainly not implying that the individuals in this particular clubhouse are part of that activity, we would be remiss if we did not give proper attention to ensure the safety of our citizens.“
How is it your not implying that individuals in the Lomira Chapter are involved in Criminal activity when you made a blanket statement about the club is known to participate in drug use, weapons and violent behavior?
3. Sheriff Dale Schmidt states, “It is my sincere hope that the Outlaws are here only to have a good time in a legal way. If that is not the case, we will be watching and will be prepared to respond accordingly. If they respect the law, they will have no problems with our law enforcement officers in the area.”
You assert that if they have respect for the law, they will have no problems with your law enforcement officers. What exactly did the Outlaws M/C do to warrant the scrutiny of your department and the police department of Lomira? Besides of course having a club named Outlaws and your department lumping this chapter in with incidences that happened elsewhere in the country?
Here is my prediction on what’s going to happen in Lomira. The police departments are going to lean on the owner of the building the clubhouse is in. They will make it where building inspectors go in and write up bs violations; the Landlord will be forced to bend to their will because he won’t be able to afford fine after fine. If the landlord owns other buildings or businesses within Dodge County those will also be targeted. They already went the citizen route trying to cause an uproar in the community and that backfired on them. So this is going to be their next play. I can almost guarantee it.
This incidence brings up a point I will touch briefly on before closing up. NOW YOU KNOW WHY I CANNOT STAND COPS BEING IN A MOTORCYCLE CLUB. This right here, this whole incident is what cops are all about. How in the hell anyone can support having a cop in their M/C is way beyond me. This is how every one of them thinks. How everyone of them judges a motorcycle club that is not assisting them.
To have cops in your motorcycle club is the height of an oxymoron. You are actually supporting someone that cannot stand what you‘re all about and you call those people “Brother” and act as though they will have your back when you need them? You are indeed fooling yourself if you think that will ever be the case.
