  1. Every patch holder of every club should pay close attention to this story. If you are a member of any club and you attempt to take or if you actually take someone’s cut from their person, you are guilty of Strong Armed Robbery and if there is a weapon involved, Armed Robbery. Is it worth going to prison over a patch or a cut? Furthermore, if you were ordered to do so by an officer in your club, or if your club orders a support club to do it for you, you may also be guilty of Conspiracy. Let that sink in. it is definitely not worth the risk just to prove a point. Its definitely not worth bringing heat on your charter or club for such a small reward.

  2. So….what’s the name of the club involved? Have the leo’s now stooped to putting every club in that category…..using a generic term like “Outlaw Motorcycle Gang” covers a lot of territory….or is this a leo red flag exercise to persecute the Hispanic community??
