Motorcyclists from Mississippi revved their engines and delivered a batch of goodies to workers on the front lines of COVID-19.
Members from the Mississippi chapter of the Motor Maids, an all-women motorcycle club, along with a few other motorcycle groups made their way to memorial hospital on Saturday to deliver sweet treats and cupcakes to ER doctors, nurses and staff.

Gwen Mays with the motor maids is also a memorial employee and hopes this gesture helps to lift the staff’s spirits.
Mays said, “Memorial Hospital does a lot of great things for the community, and as riders especially in the ER, that’s where we normally see staff due to the fact of an accident or anything of that nature, and we just wanted to come out and show our support as motorcycle riders and let them know we’re thinking of them.”
Motor Maids is one of the oldest women’s motorcycle clubs nationwide.
