Queensland bikie has been caught allegedly with a gun, drugs and almost $50,000 in cash after a high-speed chase on the Gold Coast.
The drama began when the driver of a car with stolen plates refused to stop for police at Surfers Paradise on Sunday night.

The police chopper was called in when the same car was spotted at Broadbeach two hours later but the driver took off again.
Police allege the Mongols associate drove at high speeds into coming traffic, even after officers used tyre spikes to try to stop him.
He also rammed a police car at Helensvale before being arrested.
Police say they found $48,065 in cash, a gun and a quantity of amphetamine the car.

The 38 year old is facing charges including dangerous driving, evading police, and possessing drugs and a weapon.
He will front Southport Magistrates Court on Monday.
