The sheriff’s office says Delanie Battle-Donson was wanted for shooting at a group of bikers outside a gas station on Nine Mile Rd. on March 25.

Investigators add Battle-Donson wrote a rap song about the experience, naming it ‘Shots Fire, Strike Back.’ In an eight-minute video Battle-Donson shared on Facebook, he appears to record the moment a SWAT team surrounded his home.

“It’s kind of scary honestly,” said Battle-Donson’s neighbor Connor Brink. “It’s kind of like ‘woah, I’m glad he’s not in the neighborhood anymore’.”

New court documents obtained by Channel 3 reveal less than a week after bonding out of jail for those crimes, he was arrested again.

“We got a call on the 5th and 6th of April and we arrested him on assault,” said Escambia County Sheriff Chip Simmons.

Managers at the Honda dealership called 911. An arrest report says Battle-Donson cursed at and threatened to beat up employees for not servicing his car.

“They were reporting that a disturbance had taken place and that someone had threatened him and when we got there we found out that it was Battle-Donson that was there. We ended up arresting him for a couple counts. I think a few counts of assault and also some drugs; some marijuana was found on him,” said Sheriff Simmons.

Court records show Battle-Donson now faces more than a dozen charges.

He’s also being held on ‘terrorist threat’ charges out of Gwinette County, GA.

Channel 3 reached out to the sheriff’s office in Georgia to learn more, but have yet to hear back.

“How does one have so many charges and this and that and just be able to go like nothing even happened,” said Brink. “The whole SWAT team was there and they had this standoff and they’re gonna let him out like he’s not gonna threaten anybody again?”

Battle-Donson is set to be back in court in July.
