A “disagreement” between members of different motorcycle clubs in April lead to the arrest of a city man this week on reckless conduct and other charges, police said.
Jeremy Ducharme, 39, of Concord was arrested Thursday and charged with shooting a handgun during a conflict between members of the Knights of Sin, the Outlaws and the Hells Angels motorcycle clubs at the intersection of Park Street and North Main Street on April 10.
“It was determined that one gunshot was fired from a handgun during the incident,” police said Friday. “No injuries were reported by any of the involved parties.”
Ducharme was released on his own personal recognizance and is scheduled to be arraigned in Merrimack County Superior Court on Sept. 1 on charges of reckless conduct, a felony, unauthorized use of a firearm and disorderly conduct.
