Former Mongol Member David Martinez has been found not guilty “While we are disappointed with the outcome in this trial, we respect the jurors’ decision and thank them for their service,” the District Attorney’s Office said in a statement. It wasn’t clear if the District Attorney’s Office has decided to retry Martinez on the manslaughter and assault charges.
