The Satan’s Choice chapter in Woodstock, Ontario, has closed. The shutdown follows a September 12 confrontation outside a Dundas Street business in which Outlaws members attacked two men wearing Satan’s Choice colors. Two former members say the entire 12-man chapter resigned in the aftermath. The chapter had only opened in June as part of the club’s push into Southwestern Ontario, territory long held by the Hells Angels and the Outlaws. With Woodstock gone and the London and Windsor chapters now merged, the revived club’s foothold in the region has taken a clear hit.

Video of the September 12 incident circulated online and drew the attention of the Ontario Provincial Police Biker Enforcement Unit. Nearly two dozen men in Outlaws vests surrounded a business and attacked the two Satan’s Choice members, taking their vests. National president Harley Guindon, a former Hells Angel who relaunched the club in 2025, described the clash as a “personal beef.” He later said the vests were returned. The incident still registered with police. Det.-Supt. Andy Bradford of the organized crime enforcement bureau confirmed the unit was aware of the footage and continues to monitor outlaw motorcycle club activity across the province.
Satan’s Choice had been expanding quickly since the relaunch. Chapters opened in London, Windsor, and Woodstock this year, along with others farther west, including the first British Columbia chapter in Abbotsford. Guindon has publicly framed the new version of the club as focused on charity work, respect, and a different brotherhood model rather than the older fear-based image. The Woodstock opening in June was part of that growth into an area where the Outlaws and Hells Angels have long controlled the ground. A public attack that ends with an entire chapter walking away undercuts that expansion in plain view.
The resignations were not partial. According to the two former members who spoke to the London Free Press, all 12 members left. That leaves the club without a Woodstock presence and forces the remaining Southwestern Ontario membership into a single merged chapter covering London and Windsor. For a club that has only been back in operation for a short time, losing a full chapter after one recorded confrontation is a measurable setback. It also signals to other groups and to law enforcement that the new Satan’s Choice chapters are not yet established enough to absorb a direct challenge without internal collapse.
The broader pattern this year has included other incidents tied to the club’s name. A business associated with Satan’s Choice in Bancroft was damaged by gunfire in late October, with three men later charged after a vehicle stop. In British Columbia, a member was shot and killed in Maple Ridge in August; Guindon stated that killing was not club-related. The Woodstock closing is the first clear case of a chapter dissolving after a clash with a rival. Whether the merged London-Windsor chapter holds, or whether further chapters open or close, will show if the revival can maintain numbers and territory in regions already occupied by older clubs. For now, the public record shows a June opening, a September confrontation captured on video, and a November report that the Woodstock chapter no longer exists because every member resigned.
