More changes are on the way, according to Zeitz, including a refocus on core products, a 30% cut in the model lineup, withdrawals from under-performing markets and a renewed focus on eliminating inefficiencies in manufacturing. When Zeitz took the helm in early March, he said the company was initiating immediate changes as apart of a “Rewire” plan. Now, press documents released Tuesday say a more detailed 5-year plan called Hardwire is in the works, with details to be released in Q4.
