The fire at 1903 Durand St., a private club of the Outlaws Motorcycle Club, was reported about 11:10 a.m. on Thursday, June 15. Callers initially said a generator was on fire near the building, but when crews arrived, they found it was actually a leaf blower that was burning, said Saginaw Fire Marshal Derron Suchodolski.
