PAGANS MC MEMBER INVOLVED IN BEAT DOWN

Law enforcement officials said that on July 20, 2023, Hammer and two other members of the Pagan’s Motorcycle Club assaulted a lone rival gang member at a bar and grill in North Kansas City. They said they were there to shut down the club before they flipped a table and knocked the victim to the ground.

Federal statutes dictate that Hammer could be sentenced to a maximum of 20 years in prison, without the chance of parole. A sentencing hearing will be held after the completion of a presentment investigation by the U.S. Probation Office.
