OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A man who was charged in connection to a fatal shooting outside of a North Omaha motorcycle club in 2024 has changed his plea.
Darnell Long, Jr., 29, pleaded no contest last week to charges of manslaughter, discharging a firearm at an occupied building and criminal attempt to alter physical evidence.
Prosecutors alleged Long was responsible for the shooting of Alexander Whitcomb, 37 on Oct. 6, 2024 outside of the the Los-Diablos Motorcycle Club near 25th Street and Ames Avenue, and leaving another woman injured.
