A ‘notorious’ bikie is back behind bars after allegedly attacking his girlfriend and brawling with police on a wild holiday.
Ben Geppert was arrested at Airlie Beach, in far north Queensland, on Sunday after a spate of incidents on a trip away with his now ex-partner Allaina Jones.
Geppert, 27, faced Proserpine Magistrates Court on Monday, with the most serious of five charges against him relating to an alleged breach of a Domestic Violence Order involving Ms Jones.
The former Hells Angel enforcer is also charged with obstructing police, possessing a restricted drug, failing to provide a breath sample and fraud, for allegedly making off without paying.
ust hours after Geppert’s court appearance, Ms Jones posted a cryptic message to Instagram indicating that she and her bikie boyfriend had split.
The heavily tattooed mother-of-one wrote a post in which she appeared to mention her ex-boyfriend’s incidents.
‘I wish it didn’t end like this… and I need to get that threw (sic) my head,’ Ms Jones posted on her Instagram story, where she has 22,000 fans.
‘I still can’t help but feel sorry for you though.
‘I’m taking a brake (sic) from social media. This post is for a reason.’
She then followed this photo with an inspirational quote and a video of her listening to the Post Malone song ‘Over Now’.
Daily Mail Australia has contacted Ms Jones for comment.
It is understood that the charge of fraud, dishonestly making off without paying, was laid after an incident on November 8.
The charge of breaching a DVO with an aggravated offence came on November 9, a day before the incident where he obstructed police in their duties.
Geppert’s alleged wild holiday comes almost 18 months after he police kicked him off nearby Hamilton Island.
Again on a trip away with Ms Jones, the bikie was removed by a police escort from an unit at the exclusive Whitsunday Islands Apartments.
The couple had been celebrating Geppert’s birthday when police were called to the resort just before 3am and decided to remove them from the island.
Since then the couple have regularly made headlines, from a war of words with their relatives to both of them being involved in public and road rage brawls.
Geppert is serving a three-year suspended prison sentence following a fight outside a KFC restaurant on the Gold Coast.
The bikie was back in the news in September following the stabbing death of his 17-year-old brother Harrison during a brawl.
At the time of his brother’s death, Geppert said he was ‘crushed’ and ‘if I could give my life for you to have yours back I would do so without thinking twice’.
Geppert was refused bail on Monday and is due to reappear in court on December 2.
